Cindy Waters, Broker/Owner started her professional real estate career in August 2014 @ Crye-Leike Realtors. In September 2015, Cindy moved to GumTree Realty and in March 2016 got her Broker's license. Before getting her Real Estate license, the past 10 years, Cindy managed Solo Rentals. As well as secretary & co-owner of Gene Waters Concrete. Her specialties are working with first-time home buyers, MRP (certified Military Relocation Professional), ABR (accredited buyer's representative), as well as working with Seller's to get the best price on their property. Cindy also enjoys working with several investors to find properties to flip or rent. However, she loves all aspects of Real Estate.

Heather has been married to Jay for 23 years. They are blessed with 4 children. Heather has been homeschooling for 15 years, and two have graduated. She has a Business Administration degree with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from Freed-Hardeman University and an associate degree from Itawamba Community College. She lives on a small hobby farm in the Fairview community in Itawamba County with her family. She looks forward to helping others fulfill their dreams.
